Office 365 Service Upgrade–known issues

Over the last month, our support centers experienced higher than anticipated customer and partner technical support volume. We anticipate this will continue through the June timeframe until our action plans to remediate are fully deployed.  Please accept our sincere apologies for the degradation in Support experienced by you and your customers. We are working diligently to get this resolved.

Who is impacted?

• Any Partner who is calling into the Standard Office 365 Phone numbers for technical support may experience delays in support response and issue resolution.
• We are not seeing high hold times when calling into the MPN phone numbers and getting routed to the Dedicated Cloud Partner Support Team (Apollo).
• If you experience high hold times exceeding 20 minutes when calling MPN Support, send mail to CPSFeedback@microsoft.com.

What can you do?

• Submit non-Severity A incidents online through your Partner tenant to avoid phone delays and reach the Dedicated Cloud Partner Support Team (Apollo).
• Submit Severity A incidents first via online. Then call in via phone for immediate support engagement.
• Please contact the CPSFeedback@microsoft.com alias if you are not satisfied with the progress on a case. We can reroute it to Partner Support.

Back in November last year we opened a contest for Windows 8 app developers in Belgium and Luxembourg. The rules of the contest were short & clear: publish 5 apps to the Windows Store and be fast! Speed was important, because to win one of the Asus Vivo Tabs you had to be among the first 20 people to do so …

Brandy has spent much of her career creating award-winning solutions for top consumer brands across all manner of media and has created results-driven interactive experiences on multiple platforms and devices, and has also taught interaction design at corporate and collegiate levels with a focus on user behavior, intuitive design and critical thinking. She leads the Design team at Big Nerd Ranch, a company known for its immersive bootcamps, corporate training and elegantly designed mobile apps. The Nerds are fluent in multiple operating systems and languages, including Windows 8, Android, iOS and HTML5. Brandy and her team also teach holistic design practices for major mobile operating systems. They have delivered courses to designers, developers and content strategists from Fortune 100 companies in multiple countries.
